Throughout the year we try to offer activities and events to encourage people of all ages and abilities to participate in.

From Fido at the Lido our FUN dog show to Teddy Bears Picnics we feel we have a range of activities for the whole community to become involved in.

Activities are subject to change depending on Government Guidelines at the time.

Boot Camp combines strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core and functional movement patterns.

Emma will instruct a fun aqua aerobic session suitable for all fitness levels to participate.

We are proud to host Raw Energy Pursuits annual Arundel Triathlon in May.

Join us for our annual Teddy Bears Picnic with arts & crafts and fun activities

Bring your Pumpkin along to carve with friends. with fun tradition spooky games for the whole family to enjoy.

We offer a range of swimming lessons including Parent & Toddlers, group sessions for children along with 1-1 and 2-1 lessons for Adults or Children.

Join our Early Birds for a coffee on Wednesday mornings or enjoy light refreshments anytime from our cafe

You can climb on our famous Sid the Sub during inflatable sessions, he can also be hired for private bookings.
