Arundel Lido are proud to provide a safe space for people feeling isolated, have dementia or just fancy a coffee and a chat. Supported by Arundel Co-op, Arundel Post Office and Dementia Friends we want to invite you to join us for a coffee and chat.
Local businesses are also invited to join us once a month to share relevant information and help towards this initiative to make Arundel Dementia Friendly. To find out more please get in touch.

Cold Water Swimming
Every Monday & Wednesday morning from 7:30am – 12noon until the 27th March 2024
All swimmers enter at their own risk, Arundel Lido will provide qualified Lifeguards for all sessions and swimmers are advised to ensure they have read through the risks and benefits of cold water swimming prior to signing up.
