Lifeguards

We look to recruit RLSS qualified Lifeguards to join our friendly team.

All qualifications must be in date and successful applicants are expected to complete a Competency test and attend monthly staff training.

Arundel Lido as an Approved Training Centre (ATC) through the RLSS can offer staff training and Courses.

Receptionist

Good Customer relation skills? Ability to multi task? Prepare basic food? Good Communication? Reliable and Trustworthy? well we need you to join our team of receptionists.

Swim Teachers

Do you hold a STA or ASA Swim Teaching qualification? we are looking for swim teachers to teach in our school lessons, Saturday Morning sessions, Crash Courses and Parent & Toddler. 1-1 / 2-1 lessons also available.

Duty Manager

Supporting the General Manager in the daily operations and managing of employees,
including monitoring, and supervising all swimming and site activities.

Volunteers

Volunteers are invaluable to the continued running of Arundel Lido.

Volunteering is a great way to meet new friends and learn new skills. For younger volunteers, helping a charity is a surefire way to enhance your CV for future employers – plus it’s fun!

The Lido is always delighted to hear from anyone willing to lend a hand. In the past, we’ve had volunteers who have helped us by:

  • Delivering Leaflets to the local community
  • Support at events
  • Basic Maintenance

Maybe you have your own skills you could bring to the team? If so we would love to hear from you.

 

Associate Trustee

The Trust’s Board of Directors is responsible for the operation of Arundel Lido. The Trustees ensure that Arundel Lido meets its charitable objectives and manages its finances in a prudent manner.

From time to time vacancies occur on the Trust Board for Associate Trustees. This is a volunteer role for individuals interested in the management side of the organisation. If you think you might like to contribute in this way or would like to find out more, please contact us.
